Menu Concept Design | Food Balls | MEET Center | Milan

Menu concept and design for the restaurant of the MEET Digital Culture Center in Milan.
Food Balls, as its name suggests, serves ball-shaped food. This was born with the idea of incorporating edible objects from those already existing, and of creating designs to give new definitions to street food or casual eating culture.
Ergonomically speaking, the spherical shape allows for informal and spontaneous intake. No need to be seated at a table with conventional protocols; you can eat with your hands. The balls can be shared, and eaten while walking, working or resting. There are various forms of food, raw and cooked, that can be understood as spherical. The ball is functional in itself due to its ergonomics, it can be picked up, used and swallowed easily and intuitively, it is healthy, inexpensive and available to everyone. It is tasty and also photogenic, and therefore Instagrammable.
Food Balls is cosmopolitan food made with local ingredients in a universal format.
