Martí Guixé Statement Chairs series
The "Stop Discrimination of Cheap Furniture" 2004 was presented at Spazio Lima in Milan and is complete in the collection of Frac Nord-Pas-de-Calais, except for one piece that is in the collection of Centraal Museum Utrecht.

The "Respect Cheap Furniture" series from 2009 was presented at the Helmrinderknecht contemporary design gallery in Berlin and is included in the collections of MAK in Vienna, the Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich, the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, and the Vitra Design Museum in Weil am Rhein.

The "Honour Cheap Furniture" series from 2018, when displayed, creates the auditorium of La Galleria Nazionale di Roma.

My opinion about monobloc chairs:
Statement 1:
The classic monobloc plastic chair possesses many qualities of good design: it is inexpensive, democratic, technically feasible, functional, and robust; however, it suffers from a poor reputation.
Statement 2:
"Its value lies in its lack of value."

Chairs from the "Respect Cheap Furniture" series and 10 Artist Proofs of the "Honour Cheap Furniture" series are available upon request.
