Virtual Cockpit | Interior Design | Saporiti Italia | Besnate

The Virtual Cockpit is a cubicle within Saporiti Italia Hub.

The Hub was designed in 2004 and transformed the building constructed by architect Vittorio Introini in 1970 as the Saporiti Italia factory into a showroom. The design of this exhibition space and its elements create a certain timelessness, stylistic resilience, and refinement that are part of Saporiti's DNA. Saporiti Hub has not been modified since then and has only continued to complement the space with its valuable historical archive and artistic pieces from its production.

The Virtual Cockpit is a new, specific space for conducting virtual communications and tracking international projects. This cubicle is a hybrid between tiny architecture, spacecraft, virtual office, and a deep diving device. It is intertwined both aesthetically and conceptually with its environment, and consequently with Saporiti, integrating into it and becoming a part of it.
