Food Design Course 2024 | SPD | Milan |
This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Master in Food Design program at SPD, Scuola Politecnica di Design di Milano, a master's program that continues to meet its objectives.
During this course, students completed two key projects: designing the shape of gluten-free organic pasta in collaboration with Felicia and creating an innovative rice-cooking appliance for a new rice recipe with Alessi. Additionally, the students visited Chocolate Academy Milano, where @Ciro_Fraddanno led a masterclass, after which the students proceeded with a project to design a chocolate bonbon. They also visited Macelleria Popolare, where Giuseppe Zen conducted a masterclass on culinary expertise, followed by a tasting session.
