Flama Lamp | Danese | 2011

A small lamp that is made using parts of other lamps from the same company. The screen and the base are linked by a magnet, so that the screen can be moved into position. The central LED has two positions, direct light and the indirect light, that emanates through a translucent diffuser. There is also a position in which the screen serves as the base, and the base as a plinth on which a candle can be placed. And so Flama is a trans-ancestral lamp, since it can illuminate by candlelight or by LED as the situation demands.
